YOUTH LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
The purpose of this conference is to assist students in developing their leadership skills. Students prepare for the conference by filling out questionnaires to determine some of their leadership strengths and weaknesses. On the conference day itself, students listen to speakers and participate in discussions to enhance their speaking, listening, and leadership skills. Ideally, the goal of the conference is to help students become more active leaders within their own schools and local communities.
