STREAM Learning Lab (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) is an interdisciplinary learning space in Grady and Dixson Schools. Students engage weekly in real-world, hands-on, collaborative problem solving while building tenacity in developmentally appropriate algebra and physical science concepts. The objective is to introduce and reinforce computational thinking and cross-disciplinary New York State Learning Standards with an emphasis on ELA, Math, and Social-Emotional Learning benchmarks through computer programming, robotics, research, and design.
